Every project starts with the Crafted Blueprint — a free, 10-minute diagnostic that scores your business on how complex the work is, how wide the scope runs, and what you actually need built. That score sets your tier: the Signature Page, the Custom Platform, or the Flagship. From there I put together a fixed-scope proposal with a set price before any work starts. You see the number after the Blueprint, not before — because the scope has to be based on what the diagnostic actually shows, not a guess off a sales call. What I can tell you now: builds start from $5,000 for a single Signature Page, most clients land on a Custom Platform from $12,500, and it goes up from there with complexity.

How much of my time does this take?

Less than you're used to. The Blueprint takes about 10 minutes. After that, the C.R.A.F.T. framework is built so your input lands at the decision points: approving a strategy document, reviewing a design milestone, signing off on scope. Not managing things day to day. Revisions go through a simple, tracked process inside your portal, not endless email threads. Most clients spend a few hours across the whole project, not a few hours a week.

Is the Blueprint really free? What happens if I don't proceed?

What happens after the project goes live?

Launch is a milestone, not the exit. Once your site's live, I run a full check and stick around through those first weeks while real people start using it. After that, I offer optional monthly plans — so your site stays looked-after, up to date, and improving over time. But if you'd rather just take the keys and run it yourself, the final stage hands over every login, every document, and a full set of training, signed off properly. No lock-in. No holding your logins hostage. It's built to keep working long after we're done.

I already have a website. Do I need to start from scratch?

Not necessarily. The Blueprint doesn't assume a blank slate — it looks at where you are versus where your market is, and finds the specific gaps. For some businesses that means building fresh from the ground up. For others it's a redesign, some conversion work, or adding automation to what you've already got. The diagnostic tells us what you actually need — you build only that, nothing you don't.

Question 6

Who owns the final work?

You do. Once the project's complete and fully paid, everything made for your business is yours: the design, the platform, the copy, the systems. I keep ownership of the underlying frameworks and reusable tools I build with (the behind-the-scenes stuff, not your site). Any third-party or licensed software stays under its own terms. After handover, you can run, change, or extend everything yourself, because it was built for you to own, not for me to hold onto.

How long does a build take?

The first thing you'll see is your strategy document. It usually lands within 7 days of signing off scope. From there, each C.R.A.F.T. stage has a clear start and finish, so progress is real deliverables landing, not days ticking by on a calendar. Most builds run 2–6 weeks depending on complexity, with a full check before anything launches. You always know which stage you're in, what's coming next, and what "done" looks like before we get there.
